Cancellation Policy

At Vajilla we value our customers the most. Any sort of dissatisfaction or changing your mind after ordering shall be properly acknowledged to our best efforts. The procedure for cancellation should be as follows:

The items must be cancelled before it has been moved to shipped status. In some cases, it can be cancelled even then, but that is dependent on customer location and value of items purchased. Customers will get approximately 1-2 day(s) of time (might be more depending upon shipping requirements).

Once cancelled, the money will be refunded to your given bank account or UPI ID as per your requirement within 2-3 business days. In case of COD, no further actions need to be taken.
